VP Kamala Harris Attends ‘Renaissance’ Tour In Maryland And Everyone Is Happy!

If you are on social media, you would know how "joyful" Vice President Kamala Harris is! Last night, VP Harris attended the "Renaissance" tour stop in Maryland last Saturday night, along with second gentleman Doug Emhoff.

The Maryland stop seemed to be brimming with political power as along with Harris and Emhoff, former President and First Lady, Barack and Michelle Obama also attended!

VP Kamala Harris definitely channeled her inner BeyHive in her outfit for the rare occasion. She wore a gold sequin button-down from LaQuan Smith, as Vogue reported.

"My brand is all about dressing powerful and strong women. Having Vice President Kamala Harris attend Beyoncé's tour and wear a custom show look by me is an incredible moment. Two powerhouses uniting!" Smith told the fashion magazine.

VP Harris wasn't the only woman Smith dresses, she also styles Beyonce herself, Ciara, Sydney Sweeney, and even Megan Fox.

Vogue also added that the VP completed the look with the 2023 CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund finalist Harwell Godfrey's personalized necklace that is rooted in the African diaspora.

Meanwhile, second gentleman Doug Emhoff wore something classic black suit paired with black and white sneakers. The second couple seemed to have enjoyed their date night together on the "Renaissance" concert stop as Harris posted a photo of her and Emhoff on Twitter.

"Thanks for a fun date night, @Beyonce," she captioned a series of posts. "To the one of one, the number one, the only one, @Beyonce, thank you for a fun date night."

VP Kamala Harris Did 'Mute' on 'Energy'

One of the highlights of the "Renaissance" Tour stop is being in sync with everybody else in the stadium as Beyonce instructs everyone to go "on-mute" when singing her hit song "Energy." For a few seconds, the dare is for the whole stadium to go into literal silence, before launching into a huge uproar after.

On Twitter, people couldn't believe that VP Kamala Harris and the Obamas have participated in the tradition.

However, some people believe VP Harris did the complete opposite as they pointed out that she's very loud and always laughing. On social media, it has been a running joke that VP Kamala Harris laughs almost every time at the simplest of jokes. Check out the fan reactions below.
