Prince released two new songs — one each from the two albums he plans to drop on Sept. 29 — to the masses on Monday.

"U KNOW" features a quick Auto-Tuned flow over a piano-centric beat. And The Purple One might be addressing his infamous '90s split with Warner? Prince and his label are back together now after 18 years apart.

Here's a sampling of the lyrics:

For the record, let me state
That I never had a reason to
Break contractually or sever
Relationship with anyone I pleasure

For the playa, let me stop and say-a
That I only paid attention when
When I heard you mention that
He tried to take your treasure
Oh no he didn't

And as a matter of fact
I would have gave you back
But then he had a heart attack
When you made him pack
And said his shack without you would be better

"WHITECAPS" heavily features his signed female trio 3RDEYEGIRL along with some soft rock guitar work.

On Aug. 25, Prince announced that he would release two albums on the same day this fall - one solo and one with 3RDEYEGIRL.

"Prince is one of just a handful of visionary artists who have truly reshaped and redefined modern music and culture," Warner CEO Cameron Strang said. "For the past 35 years, he has never stopped evolving, challenging himself, reinventing his sound, and pushing boundaries. In true Prince fashion, he has just given us not one, but two extraordinary albums that express the incredible range and depth of his talent."
