It's been seven years since The Rolling Stones released an album with their project "Blue & Lonesome" and fans have been waiting for them to drop new songs ever since.

More recently, a mysterious newspaper ad recently surfaced and many believe that it was a hint from the band that they're going to release their next record soon; could this be true?

According to NME, an advertisement for the glass repair company called Hackney Diamonds recently appeared in the Hackney Gazette.

   

Although it looks like an innocent ad at first glance, there are several hints in within the image that points out to the legendary band.

According to an inspection made by the outlet, the band's rolling tongue logo could be seen in the dot in the letter "i" within the company's name on top.

Regarding the body text, there were references to their previously released songs like "Gimme Shelter," "Shattered," and "(I Can't Get No) Satisfaction."

As seen on the conditions list on Hackney Diamonds' official website, Universal Music Group is included, and it is the same company that handles the back catalog of the band.

As of this writing, it's still unclear whether the band is connected to the glass repair company or if it's part of a marketing gig for their next project.

The recent news comes after frontman Mick Jagger celebrated his 80th birthday.

Some of the most iconic musicians, who also happens to be his closest friends, took their time to express their love and support for the musician amid the special occasion.

The singer received greetings from Nile Rodgers, Keith Richards, Ronnie Wood, and many more.

Mick Jagger then took to his official Instagram account to share a photo of him wearing a wine red suit along with a printed polo top.

In the caption, he wrote, "Thanks so much for all your lovely comments and birthday wishes!!"

The birthday greetings didn't stop there as numerous celebrities commented on his post like Naomi Campbell, Janelle Monae, and many more.

Last year, the Rolling Stones went on tour and Mick Jagger assured fans that the band will not retire anytime soon. (via Virgin Radio UK)

"I am not planning it to be the last tour," he said, adding that he loves to be on tour.
