Selena Gomez released her new song, "Single Soon," last Friday, Aug. 25, 2023, alongside her fellow teen stars Miley Cyrus and Ariana Grande.
Since the song's release, Gomez has received an outpour of support from her longtime fans and the general public.

In an Instagram post, Selena Gomez thanks her fans for the incredible support she received since releasing new music.
"Thank you guys for all the love on Single Soon!!! It's a playful anthem about being comfortable in your own skin and loving your own company... and it's also really fun to dance to!" the popstar posted, along with a black and white photo of herself in the music video.
Fans expressed their support and their love for Gomez on the comment section.
"single soon is something fun something for the summertime you know something for the girls to get ready and party too," a fan described.
"Seeing you happy gives me hope to be happy too, when I'm sad, I watch your interviews, speeches and I feel good, thank you for being honest with your feelings," another gushed.
"It's great to see you happy Selena, I'm rooting for your happiness, you inspire me a lot," a fan commented.

Selena Gomez 'Single Soon'
Selena Gomez marked the end of the summer era with her song "Single Soon," released last Aug. 25, 2023.
Upon sharing the song's cover art on Instagram to announce it back then, she said this:
"Y'all have been asking for new music for a while. Since I'm not quite done with SG3, I wanted to put out a fun little song I wrote a while back that's perfect for the end of summer."
Selena Gomez has yet to release a new album. The last time was in 2021, her first all-Spanish EP "Revalación." The album was nominated for Best Latin Pop Album at the 2022 Grammy Awards, earning her first nomination. It was also widely praised by critics because of how Gomez expanded her artistry and the great production of the 7-tracked extended play.
