Post Malone Received Lyrics From Bob Dylan

In other news, Rolling Stone held an interview with producer Michael Cash, who revealed that Post Malone has an unfinished song that is based on Bob Dylan's lyrics.

Dylan's representative, Jeff Rosen, reportedly responded to his pitch regarding the rapper's collaboration, but a source said that the song is "somewhere else" now. Post Malone is said to be in tears after hearing the lyrics from his "idol" and officially recorded the song at Cash's studio in March 2021.

"We got the stenciling done, he got some colors in, but he wasn't finished," Cash explained. "It needed flair. It needed more layers. It wasn't a complete piece of music, but it was definitely a song."

The song in question already had everything but still needed to be finished.
