Joe Jonas' dirty laundry has been unveiled on social media following the news of his split and eventual divorce from his wife Sophie Turner.
Earlier this month, social media was stunned by the couple's split as they were visibly fine, at least online.
Joe Jonas Asked For NSFW Photos
In a recent Twitter/X revelation, Nickelodeon alum Alexa Nikolas accused Joe Jonas of asking her "nudes" back when they were still teenagers.
At the time, interaction between the two competing children and teenager channels - Disney and Nickelodeon - was reported to be discouraged because of the competition.
Jonas, being a Disney alum, and Nikolas, a Nick alum, is quite an unconventional friendship. However, Nikolas' revelation held weight, at least for some, given that Jonas' rather misogynistic take on putting the blame on Turner for their divorce has been noted by fans online.
"I met Joe Jonas when we were teens and let's just say he's the guy who wore a purity ring but asked for nudes," Nikolas noted.
Joe Jonas' purity ring has been a talking point since then. According to Page Six, the Jonas Brothers, which includes Joe wore a purity ring when they first stepped into the limelight.
That "purity ring" was also mentioned by then-unmarried Turner when she participated in "The Jonas Brothers Roast" in 2021.
"He was sticking his fingers in co-stars, actresses, and even a supermodel or two," Turner quipped, saying that "the rings weren't a good idea."

Joe Jonas Sexually Active?
Apparently, Joe Jonas publicly confessed to losing his virginity when he was 20, which was a few years before the band stopped wearing the said purity rings in 2013.
"I lost my virginity when I was 20. I did other stuff before then, but I was sexually active at 20. I'm glad I waited for the right person because you look back and you go, 'That girl was bats-t crazy. I'm glad I didn't go there," Joe Jonas told New York Magazine back then.
Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner dated in 2016 and tied the knot three years after in 2019. After four years of marriage and two children, the couple divorced.
Sources say that Jonas has been "less than supportive" of her wife after her second pregnancy.
