Lionel Richie and Harry Styles have already had the pleasure of performing alongside Adele.

But now, Shania Twain has her sights set on a superstar collaboration with the "Rolling In the Deep" hitmaker.

When news broke that Shania had attended one of her Las Vegas performances, Adele was overwhelmed with emotion.

She confessed to feeling a mixture of shock and admiration as she declared, "I would have self-combusted had I seen it was you! I adore you."

Finally, the opportunity presented itself for Shania to sing with the artist she had wanted to collaborate with for so long, according to The Sun.

They finally had the chance to meet at the Grammy Awards in February, and Shania made it clear she was eager to work together.

In an interview, the "Still the One" hitmaker declared: "I would love to sing with [Adele]."

She further gushed the thought of combining her and the British singer's talents were mesmerizing and believed that such a union would be extraordinary.

When speaking about how they met, Shania twain revealed they ran into each other at the Grammy Awards and briefly talked.

"We sat together and were having a wonderful time. The conversation turned to when I was in the crowd for her performance, which I immensely enjoyed. It was spectacular!"

According to The Sun, it is clear that no matter what they put out musically, it would undoubtedly be a hit because they both have two of the most successful solo albums by female artists ever recorded.

An immense success, Shania Twain's 1997 release "Come On Over" sold 40 million copies, while Adele's 2011 album "21" was equally popular with 31 million units sold.

To celebrate the release of her new record, "Queen Of Me," Shania is touring this month and will begin this Thursday in Glasgow.

Her creativity had no bounds, as she has hinted at having a plethora of new music.

She revealed: "During the lockdown, I felt inspired to create music, so I wrote many songs. There is enough material for me to make at least two albums."

Her latest record was six years in the making, so she is determined to turn around a new one as quickly as possible. This could mean shorter wait times for her fans in the future.
