Despite her efforts to better her life following the birth of her child, Grace, the daughter of Wynonna Judd, is again behind bars.

The Sun has learned that she is presently held in Putnam County Jail in Tennessee, having been released from prison just last December.

On May 1, 2023, authorities apprehended Grace Pauline Kelley and charged her with violating an order of protection/restraining order and violation of parole.

The woman's mugshot showed a distressed figure with her hair carelessly pulled into a bun.

The Tennessee Board of Parole recently held an August 11, 2023, revocation hearing for Grace at Putnam County Jail. Following the hearing, it was announced that her parole had been revoked, and she would serve the remainder of her sentence. This information was confirmed by the Board's spokesperson to the outlet.

"Two concurring Board member votes were required to reach a final decision, which was reached on August 13, 2023."

Wynonna's daughter has a release date of October 19, 2023.

On August 28, 2021, the police arrested and detained Grace due to a violation of her probation that dated back to an arrest in 2016.

The Tennessee Board of Parole elected to allow Grace an early release from incarceration. A representative for the Board spoke with the outlet, stating: "After her parole hearing on December 12, 2022, we determined it is fitting to grant her release under conditions such as cognitive-behavior programming, substance abuse treatment programming, a stay in a halfway house and community service work until employment is found."

After nearly five years in prison, the Tennessee Department of Correction released her on December 29, 2022.

It was revealed by court documents that a judge in Tennessee permitted Grace's request for furlough - a temporary leave of absence from jail - due to her pregnancy on March 25, 2022.

In response to a request from the Tennessee Department of Corrections for permission to consider granting the defendant leave due to her pregnancy, the Court decree states in official documents: "This request is hereby approved."

Photos of Grace's daughter Kaliyah Chanel have been shared on her public Facebook page.

The pregnancy news was previously made official by Florence Fort, a former inmate at the same jail as the famous granddaughter of Naomi Judd.

A Williamson County Jail clerk verified that Florence and the expectant mother had been incarcerated there from August until October 2021.

Though their relationship had been strained, it seemed that Wynonna was supportive of Grace's pregnancy.

As a sign of this support, when a baby shower was thrown for Grace during her incarceration, Wynonna called in to show her care. According to reports from those who knew them both personally, "She would call Wynonna all the time. She talked to her mom a lot." said Florence.
