Ozzy Osbourne will focus on another health issue he has after having his final spinal surgery in September.

After facing different health issues, Ozzy returned stronger in his recent appearances as he also began preparing to make a music comeback as soon as he could. Following his latest procedure, he found a new hobby that might help him deal with his Parkinson's disease diagnosis.

Ozzy Osbourne Starts Tai Chi Amid Parkinson's Disease Battle

In the latest episode of "The Osbournes Podcast," Ozzy revealed that he began practicing Tai Chi to ease the symptoms of his brain disorder. He revealed that he particularly chose the activity to practice and regain his balance.

His daughter, Kelly, asked her brother Jack about Tai Chi being the No. 1 thing that helps with mobility and Parkinson's disease, to which he agreed and said it is "low impact."

Per Kelly, the family has been trying to get Ozzy to do Tai Chi for years.

"It's the balance that helps me," he said, adding. "Well, I want to get back, you know, and all the options are open for me."

Ozzy was initially diagnosed with Parkinsonian syndrome before he learned he has Parkinson's disease in 2003. He first spoke about it in January 2020 during an interview on "Good Morning America."

Symptoms That Ozzy Osbourne Faces

While his neck and spine already have issues that affect his mobility, some of the symptoms he feels because of his Parkinson's disease include motor issues and depression.

"There's so many different types of Parkinson's; it's not a death sentence by any stretch of the imagination, but it does affect certain nerves in your body," he said. "And it's-it's like you have a good day, and then a really bad day."

In a separate interview with The Observer, he shared that Parkinson's disease also took a toll on his mental health and caused him to take antidepressants for years.

Ozzy added that the most frustrating part of the disease is not knowing when it will end.

Despite that, his wife, Sharon Osbourne, continues to offer support. Ozzy praised her for assisting her in his health problems that he does not know where he would be if it was not because of her.
