Taylor Swift attended the Kansas City Chief's previous two games but was significantly absent over the weekend. Some of her fans reportedly attended the match but they were left disappointed and heartbroken when she was nowhere to be found in the VIP booth.
According to Billboard, the NFL game was televised on CBS and Jim Nantz confirmed that the mega pop superstar did not attend the game at the U.S. Bank Stadium in Minnesota.
"In case you're wondering, seven words I never thought would leave my lips in my career: Taylor Swift is not at the game," he said.

The commentator noted that there were some "brokenhearted people I just saw in the stands."
Later on, there were glimpses of fans of the singer who attended the show and there were also some who brought signages and banners.
One fan could be seen holding a sign that reads "87 + 13 = 100%. Kelce make a Swift TD."
As of this writing, it's unclear why Taylor Swift didn't attend Kansas City Chief's game against the Vikings.
Travis Kelce Sustains an Ankle Injury
Amid his game, Travis Kelce reportedly suffered from what his team believed to be a "high ankle sprain" during his group's match against the Vikings.
During the match, he seemingly tripped on the turf and later left the field. He head to the locker room afterwards.
Later, he was seen on the sideline with a wrapped ankle. The medical staff gave him a go signal that he could still play depending on his decision, but he opted to continue his match and managed to score a touchdown.
Travis Kelce Celebrates Birthday Without Taylor Swift
Prior to the athlete's birthday, there were rumors circulating online that Taylor Swift might celebrate his special day in Kansas City as she was spotted leaving her New York City apartment with luggage before she headed to an airport in New Jersey.
However, Kelce was seen celebrating his low-key birthday in a stadium parking lot with three of his friends.
The trio were photographed inside his car while celebrating the special occasion. After an hour, the NFL star returned to the training facility to continue his duties as a player.
As of this writing, it's unclear where Taylor Swift headed when she was spotted leaving the Big Apple.
