In just a few days, Britney Spears will release her highly-anticipated memoir titled "The Woman in Me" and fans couldn't wait to read the pop star's story as it will reportedly contain some of the most vulnerable moments of her life.

To tease her fans even more, Spears took to social media to share a video containing excerpts from the book.

"I actually envy the people who know how to make fame work for them... My demeanor was innocent - and it wasn't an act. I didn't know what I was doing," the line reads from the short clip.

She further noted that she felt like living on the edge of the cliff, adding, "If you stood up for me when I couldn't stand up for myself: from the bottom of my heart, thank you."

Britney Spears' new book will be available for purchase starting on October 24, 2023.
