On October 14, 2014, the Rhett Walker Band will release their sophomore album, Here's To The Ones, through Essential/Sony. The lead single, "Love Like Jesus," will hit radio on September 19th. In support of the album, the band is taking it to fans with a national tour that runs through November 1.

In a press release, Rhett talked about the new single and what it's about. He said, "'Love Like Jesus' explores what it looks like to make the most of each day inside the context of our faith. I know, for me, the song is a reminder every morning when I wake up…It's about living life to the fullest; but I don't believe we can unless we choose in every avenue of our life to always love like Jesus."

Other songs on the release have their own themes. The title track is a tribute to the hard workers in the middle class. To connect with the people that they consider "everyday heroes," the band is partnering with Pepsi MidAmerica this coming October and November. They will be the featured artist for their Mountain Dew Camo Fall Promotion. Pepsi MidAmerica will be running a contest called the "Rhett Neck Nashville Experience" which will award four winners (and their guests) a trip to Nashville to hang out with the band, go to a BBQ and Rhett's house, enjoy a private concert and more.

The band says that "The Mystery," "Love Like Jesus" and "Adam's Son" "reaffirm" their creed "to share the message of Christ with the masses." "The Mystery," is a song that the member of the Rhett Walker Band call a "personal favorite." The song is about "a God who is less concerned with tattoos and cigarettes and more concerned with the heart."

"It's easier to point a finger because it's harder to look in the mirror at ourselves… Jesus isn't worried about all that stuff," explained Walker. "What Jesus is worried about is if you know at the end of the day that He's always loved you. I think if we're going to stand on any side of faith, which we do, it is that kind of story that we hope we can tell."
