It has been more than a decade since Courtney Love released an album and it appears that fans will get a special treat before the year ends as the singer teased her next musical project; when is it coming out?
According to Loudwire, the musician's only solo album titled "America's Sweetheart" was released in 2004. Since then, she never dropped any solo music projects, except for her band, Hole, as they dropped "Nobody's Daughter" in 2010.
The singer took to an unofficial TikTok account which she uses to tease fans about her new songs in the next few months.
"It's Courtney, hi. I'm not going to have an official TikTok. I'm just gonna upload some teasers from my album that's coming out," she told her fans.
Regarding its release date, Love told her supporters that if they're lucky, the new record will be released on Christmas day, but since the actual release date is still unclear, she and her team will upload some teasers on the social media platform.
" If you get this in your For You page, then the AI is listening. There's just some songs, little bits... I'm not giving too much away from my album which is probably out Christmas," she added.
What Happened to Courtney Love Through the Years?
According to an article by American Songwriter in early 2023, Courtney Love is living in the United Kingdom after residing in Los Angeles, California, for a long time.
The reason why she left the city was because she needed to get out of the "over culture."

At the time when the article was released, Love was working on the new album and she clarified that it's not going to be a rock record.
"It's a magnum opus 'cause I haven't made a record in 12 years," she said.
Courtney Love Writing a Memoir
In addition to a new album, the singer previously talked about writing a memoir which will revolve around her personal life as well as her career in the music industry.
In a now-deleted post on social media, she revealed that she "might have just signed off" on her new book and it's finally happening after she worked on it for over a decade.
Titled "The Girl with the Most Cake," she credited Alex Abramovich adn Harper Collins for helping her with the project. (via The Independent UK)
As of this writing, Love has yet to reveal the official release date for her memoir.
