During an episode of his "Radio Andy" SiriusXM show, Andy Cohen discussed a rather tense interview he had with Brintey Spears after the release of her critically acclaimed and bestselling memoir, "The Woman In Me."

Andy recalled that when he flew to attend Britney's "Glory" album release party in 2018, there was a mystery woman constantly at the singer's side.

He remarked that whenever any decision had to be made, or an answer was required, this woman would quietly give her advisement by whispering into the pop princess' ear.

Calling it "unsettling," the host likened Britney Spears to a "prisoner."

"I got there, and this woman was there, and it was like Britney was her captive. She was her captor. I'm not going to mention her name because I don't want to get sued, but it was really creepy."

According to Andy, those filming a documentary on Britney Spears had issued him a warning regarding the mysterious woman.

The people warned that she "basically tells [Britney] what to do and where to go, and it's really creepy."

Furthermore, during the "Toxic" singer's onstage performance with will.i.am and herself, the woman was giving her instructions.

Additionally, Andy stated that even though Britney's birthday had already passed, a cake was still bought for her anyway.

"I'm like, 'What are they doing? It was clearly for the cameras, and it was just all so weird."

Due to Britney's highly publicized mental health struggles, which included her famous head-shaving incident, her dad Jamie Spears took control of his oldest daughter's life and finances.

That temporary conservatorship persisted since 2008, when it was made permanent.

Finally, in November 2021, the 13-year-long battle ended, and Britney was liberated from her conservatorship.

After Jamie's suspension from the conservatorship in September 2021, which later became permanent, little has been heard from him.

But per the Daily Mail, Jamie is sharing a home with his youngest daughter, Jaime Lynn Spears, following an alcohol rehab program.

An audio version of Britney's book release, titled "The Woman in Me," is narrated by none other than Oscar-nominated actress Michelle Williams.

Reportedly, Britney chose not to narrate chapters discussing her family as they were said to contain content that was too difficult for her to revisit.
