Ariana Grande, the 31-year-old pop sensation, has made it very clear to those surrounding her that they will not mention a single word about her recent relationship with fellow actor Ethan Slater, 31.
Strict hush orders were put in place by the "Thank U Next" singer's closest confidants, barring anyone from speaking of her and Ethan's relationship until the divorce documents from both sides were signed off.
As the National Enquirer reported, even Cynthia Erivo - Ariana's co-star in "Wicked" and friend to her -- avoided answering questions related to it when asked.
An informant revealed that "Ariana has asked all her friends not to talk about it - at least not until both are officially divorced."
The situation takes work for Cynthia to handle, according to the source. She was present when the connection between Ariana and Ethan was ignited, and she knows all the details but has decided to remain tight-lipped.
Dalton Gomez, Ariana Grande Divorce
In early October, the former couple of Dalton Gomez and Ariana Grande officially closed the chapter on their marriage. Though $1.25 million was agreed to be given by the pop star, a prenup meant no extra alimony had to be paid on her part.
Dalton has been granted 30 days of residence at the former couple's Los Angeles home, with no rental fees required. Furthermore, he is set to receive one-half of the net proceeds from the sale of their house.
The two have furthermore established stringent rules that must be followed concerning any interviews about their time as a couple.
As part of the divorce agreement, Ariana and Dalton agreed to remain quiet regarding each other's secrets. The confidentiality provision ensured neither party would be airing the other's private information publicly.
Per their prenup agreement, "Without the prior written consent of the other party, neither party shall disclose, intentionally publish, cause to be published, or provide information or documentation to any other individual or entity relating to the publication or dissemination of any document, diary, memoir, letter, story, photograph, interview, article, essay, description or depiction of any kind whatsoever, whether fictionalized or not."

Ethan Slater, Lilly Jay Divorce
In July, Ethan Slater initiated proceedings to end his marriage with Lilly Jay, much to her dismay.
The couple had been together for an entire decade before the divorce filing and had even celebrated the birth of their first child earlier in 2022.
Though they have yet to make it official, Lilly and Ethan are now going through a divorce.
It was on the set of "Wicked's" film adaptation where their relationship began- reports say Ariana and Ethan couldn't hide their mutual attraction for one another from all around them.
