An Usher and Drake collaboration is on the way!

The veteran singer, with some pretty nice dance moves might we add, revealed the collab would be featured on his forthcoming album UR.

According to Vibe, this all came to be after Drizzy crashed the video set of Usher's Nicki Minaj-assisted "She Came To Give It To You." Usher took the opportunity to let Drake hear some of his new work and they've been working together ever since.

"He was in love with the record the first time he heard it," Usher told the magazine of Drake's initial reaction to the song they would join forces on. "He said, 'I really feel like I could do this record a service and just take it up another notch. It's great, and I'd love to be a part of this one."

Usher didn't reveal the song's subject matter during the interview but he says Drake really opened up on the track, which doesn't seem too far fetched.

"He touched on some pretty personal stuff in it, man," Usher said. "It's definitely one of those really cool, vibey records."

As far as what to expect from the album, Usher says he wanted to capture the essence of his 20-year career by making it a collective effort of all his past albums.

"I'm at a place where I'm having fun," he explained. "This album I really listened to my previous albums for inspiration because I wanted to create a collective experience. I realize now looking back 20 years that I'm not just one thing. I'm all of these things. So that experience kind of derives from the place of being inspired by all of the albums of the past. It's not about just where we are right now."

Unfortunately, there's no set release date for UR. Stay tuned for more updates.
