Jennifer Hudson seemingly confirmed her relationship with rapper Common during her latest appearance at "CBS Mornings" with Gayle King and Nate Burleson.
"Professional Jennifer is doing well," King began. "Personally, is Jennifer doing well? Word on the street is you're very happy [and in] a very nice relationship."
"I am very happy, yes ma'am," the singer slash actress confirmed, noting that her relationship is more serious than one would expect or think; she described it as "more sophisticated than boo'ed up."
When further probed about her relationship status, Hudson then added, "It's definitely not an entanglement, that's for sure."
Hudson and Common have been spotted hand in hand several times since 2022, and while the pair are yet to confirm nor deny the romance rumors, it seems like they are in a hurry to do so either.

According to reports, the dating rumors surrounding the pair began in August 2022 when they were confirmed to be starring in an action-thriller movie "Breathe"; they played husband and wife in the movie.
"People create their narratives of it, and it's like, OK, you know, how you feel. We shot a film together, and he played my husband. We gotta eat in between those moments," the Oscar award-winning actress said about the rumors.
However, she followed it up by gushing about the rapper in a separate interview. "Rumors say a lot of things, but he's a beautiful man. I will give you that. That's for certain."

According to reports, the appearance at "CBS Mornings" came shortly after Hudson was spotted walking hand in hand with Common as they attended a jazz performance at Joe's Pub theater in New York City.
Months before that, they were also spotted hanging out in Nobu in Malibu, reports say.
It seems like the pair are in no rush to show off their relationship on the red carpet or on their Instagram accounts, however, fans are excitedly waiting for "Breathe" because that is when they will get to judge Hudson and the rapper's chemistry.
Eyes are also peeled just in case they both come to the premiere's red carpet hand in hand as well.
