Ariana Grande, Ethan Slater Living With Each Other Soon: 'Why Wait?'

Even though her divorce papers haven't dried yet, Ariana Grande has already made a significant life choice.

She's reportedly moving in with Ethan Slater, her co-star in Wicked and her new beau. 

According to a source who spoke to In Touch, "she figures why wait? She's in love with Ethan."

"Yeah, it moves quickly, but Ariana always leaps into things." Only three days had passed since it was revealed that Ariana, 30, and her 28-year-old husband, Dalton Gomez, were divorcing.

In order to be with Ariana, 31-year-old Ethan, who plays a munchkin in "Wicked," also left his wife, Lilly Jay.

"He and Ariana never looked back," says the source. "They can't wait to live together." 

Even though Grande seems to be lovesick at this time, she's also quite busy making new music.

According to insiders, the Grammy winner is doing this while juggling her complex role in the upcoming Wicked movie adaptations, which are now on a protracted hold that may not end for some time.

While in New York City, Grande has been working on new music, sources told the New York Post. According to the story, she wanted to focus on finishing the two Wicked movies before starting any new recordings.

That was altered when two strikes paralyzed the industry, one targeting Hollywood writers and ending recently, the other targeting actors and continuing.

There doesn't seem to be an end in sight for performers at this time, as the two strikes have caused numerous shows to be suspended for months. Wicked is unable to complete filming due to the extended pause, which is expected to last for some time.

Therefore, it would make sense for Grande to want to make the most of her newfound free time and pursue her career.

Allegedly, Grande is back in the studio working with pop sensation Max Martin.

Along with producing hit singles like "Break Up with Your Girlfriend, I'm Bored," "God is a Woman," and "No Tears Left to Cry," the two collaborated on several of her albums.

It's been a long time since Grande released an album-three years-without one. When "Positions," her most current collection of fresh songs, was released in 2020, it quickly earned another No. 1.

The same-titled chart-topping single was also generated by the set. She has spent much of her time since then filming and rehearsing for the two Wicked movies.
