Every year, the Glastonbury Music Festival is one of the major events that fans anticipate as they never fail to bring out some of the best musicians to perform in front of hundreds of thousands of fans.

More recently, it was reported that tickets for the event already sold out in less than an hour even though organizers have yet to unveil the official performers and headliners for next year.

The festival took to their official X account to share a statement, writing, "Our thanks to everyone who bought one and we're sorry to those of you who missed out, on a morning when demand greatly exceeded supply."

For those who never got the chance to buy passes for the event, there will still be a chance because canceled or returned tickets will be re-sold by spring 2024.

Who Will Perform at Glastonbury Music Festival 2024?

As of this writing, organizers have yet to unveil the official performers for next year's event, but Emily Eavis hinted that among those headliners is a "really big American artist."

Madonna is currently one of the musicians who are rumored to perform. The Daily Mirror also noted that the two other musical acts that will allegedly perform at the Pyramid Stage will be Dua Lipa and Coldplay.

However, Eavis immediately shut down speculations on social media as she wrote, "As always, there is much speculation and excitement about who is playing next year at Glastonbury... We are working on the line-up day and night at the moment, but it's still changing every day."

The outlet noted that the first batch of artists is commonly announced around March, but there have been times when the acts were confirmed prior like Elton John's headlining act in 2023 as it was unveiled in December of 2022.
