Ozzy Osbourne was spotted utilizing a wheelchair as his health problems persisted.

The 74-year-old vocalist of Black Sabbath was seen last week, on an afternoon leaving an office building in Santa Monica, Los Angeles, after announcing that he will not be having any more surgery.

The "War Pigs" hitmaker dressed for his stroll in a black T-shirt and trousers while sporting a face mask.

The renowned rock star's deeply inked arms were on full view as he accessorized with gold rings and a watch.

It took two friends to push his wheelchair in shifts. This feels like he further deteriorated since before, Osbourne has been frequently spotted using only a cane for assistance.

Osbourne had "life-altering" surgery in June of last year to have pins in his neck and back from a 2003 quad riding accident, which was made worse by a 2019 fall-removed and realigned.

The vocalist of "Heaven and Hell" has had three surgeries, physical therapy, stem cell therapies, and hybrid assistive limb care. The 71-year-old wife of the patient, Sharon Osbourne, called the procedure "a major operation" that would "determine the rest of his life."

Osbourne was given a Parkinson's disease diagnosis in 2003, but he didn't make the news public until January 2020.

He said that having Parkinson's disease made him feel as though he was "walking around in lead boots."

The British man declared in September that he was no longer interested in having surgery. "I can't believe I've come to the end of it," he told Piers Morgan on Talk TV.

"It's been five years of absolute hell for me and the family." "It is going to be the final surgery because I can't do it any more," he said in an episode of "The Osbournes Podcast" recorded a day before his latest procedure.

"Regardless of how it ends up, after tomorrow, that's it. I'm not doing any more. I can't."

He acknowledged that the procedures had left him feeling as though he had bricks attached to his feet as he is 98walking.

Meanwhile, Jack Osbourne, the star's son doesn't think his father will ever tour again. Nevertheless, the son added that the 74-year-old rock star is still eager to play one-off concerts, as he recently stated he wants to "go back on the road."

He told The Messenger, "I don't think he'll tour again. But he's gunning to do one-off shows - like festivals, gigs, things like that. He's not done yet!"
