Maroon 5 is returning to Las Vegas for a 16-show run starting on May 17, 2024, following a phenomenally successful run of shows there.

"I'm really look forward to doing it again and honestly could never have told you that before we started," lead singer Adam Levine candidly told PEOPLE exclusively, admitting he was initially "skeptical" of the residency.

"I had no idea what to expect. Obviously I went into it with an open mind and a good attitude, but I was actually shocked at how much I enjoyed it," he said.

Levine claimed to have become "really cozy and comfortable, probably more so than I ever had" at M5LV The Residency.

Levine, 44, had an amazing year in 2023. Along with the residency run, he and his 35-year-old wife, model Behati Prinsloo, welcomed a son into their family in January.

"I don't know how you can have a better life. I'm lucky enough to do what I love professionally, but also have the greatest personal life and family I could ever ask for," he said, "and having kids and a wonderful wife, and just that life that I cling so much to. I love it so much."

Naturally, the family of five will be together for the holidays. Asked what he's looking forward to most about Christmas, Levine said, "Just being with my family and loving on 'em, loving 'em all."

One can remember that Adam Levine's marriage was hardly perfect and has undergone one of the craziest scandals to date. However, Levine has since changed.

The Maroon 5 frontman, who is also the father to Prinsloo's newborn baby, Dusty, 6, and Gio, 5, has done his homework and "never wants to come that close to losing Behati ever again," the insider claims. They said, "She and the kids are his world."

The couple, who got married in 2014, have triumphed over their marital wound, as previously revealed by OK!, according to a new source. They said of the father-of-three, "Adam has done a complete turnaround in how he handles his marriage."

"I used poor judgment in speaking with anyone other than my wife in ANY kind of flirtatious manner," the Maroon 5 frontman said in a statement in September 2022 after the cheating scandal broke.

"I did not have an affair, nevertheless, I crossed the line during a regrettable period of my life. In certain instances it became inappropriate. I have addressed that and taken proactive steps to remedy this with my family," he also said.

Levine continued: "My wife and my family is all I care about in this world. To be this naive and stupid enough to risk the only thing that truly matters to me was the greatest mistake I could ever make. I will never make it again. I take full responsibility. We will get through it and we will get through it together."
