Earlier this year, the legendary Willie Nelson celebrated his 90th birthday with some of his closest friends and musicians from country music in Los Angeles as they got together for a concert. Now, the birthday special is going to be broadcast on television; find out below where to watch it and who the complete performers were.

According to Uproxx, the program titled "Willie Nelson's 90th Birthday Celebration" will be available for watching through CBS. Fans who will not get a chance to watch it on television can still stream it on Paramount+. The program will be on December 17, 2023, Sunday.

The country/folk singer announced the special in an interview with Stephen Colbert in November 2023 where he also recalled what he felt during the filming of the show in April at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles, California.

"It was great... a little surreal of course. I loved every minute of it," he told the late-night show host.

Willie Nelson Thriving at 90

Despite his age, it appears that Willie Nelson won't slow down in his career anytime soon as he was nominated for four Grammy Awards earlier this year.

He and his family members were also featured in a documentary titled "Willie Nelson & Family" that premiered at the Sundance Film Festival.

Back in March, fans were treated to a new album as he released "I Don't Know a Thing About Love," which featured tracks written by Harlan Howard.

Just last month, Nelson was one of the people who had been inducted into The Rock And Roll Hall of Fame.
