Why it Took Nicki Minaj a Long Time to Release 'Pink Friday 2'

Nicki Minaj just released her long-awaited album "Pink Friday 2," a sequel to her debut album. Fans have been waiting for the musician to drop her record as her last project, "Queen," was released years ago.

The rapper teased her album, saying it's "beyond anything" she could have imagined.

The main reason why it took a long time for Nicki Minaj to release an album was due to her pregnancy as she suffered from writer's block and she also didn't want to say any "freaky" stuff at the time. (via Billboard)
