Getting an interview with Beyoncé is tough. Trust us, we've tried. However if there is one person in the world motivated enough to push for an audience with the pop star, it's Robby "Kid President" Novak, the 10 y.o. made famous in his motivational talks on SoulPancake.com, not to mention the way he rocks a suit. Kid President did just that, landing a short exclusive with Bey prior to one of her concerts.

The interview focused on World Humanitarian Day (which was Monday, but if you're late to the party, we're sure Kid President wouldn't mind you being a good humanitarian on another day as well). The young diplomat asked the tough questions, such as what the world needed more of to be a better place. The pop star responded that the world needed more "strong, empowered men and women," and she praised those working for others.

"It's so admirable, the people around the world that dedicate their lives to other people," Beyoncé said. "And I think it's so important for us to take some time and be unselfish and have compassion, because we really can impact the world."

The video also reflected on a previous "interview" that Kid President carried out with "Beyoncé" via a pair of dinosaur-shaped chicken nuggets during a previous video.

The biggest surprise came at the end however. The teaser for the video hints that Kid President plants a kiss on the cheek of the pop star. It's easy to think that he asked and she felt bad saying no, but in fact it was Beyoncé herself that pressured Kid into the act.

"Come on, come on, come on Kid President," she said while tapping her cheek, before squeaking a fangirl "Thank you!" when he obliged.

He followed his success with a trademarked fist pump.
