Britney Spears is currently going through a divorce from her estranged husband, Sam Asghari, and she recently took time to reflect on her relationship in a post online.
Taking to her official Instagram account, the "Gimme More" hitmaker shared a photo of what appeared to be a nun drinking from a teacup using a straw.
In the lengthy caption, the Princess of pop admitted that it feels different now that she's currently single.

"It's so weird being single ... I've had a lot of time to really look back with all the good and bad ... I've realized I don't talk to myself that nicely at all." she wrote in the caption.
Britney Spears to 'Re-Evaluate' Herself Amid Single Life
Later in the post, the musician admitted that she's easily manipulated and people know her as someone who wears her heart on her sleeve, but she noted that it's all changing.
"I have to make time to stop and look around to re-evaluate myself and say is this good for me ???" she wrote.
Spears added that she likes to follow a routine and do almost the same thing every single day, but she's bored about it, and at the same time, she's scared of a lot of things.

Now that she's free from her conservatorship, the "I Wanna Go" hitmaker said she could live her life the way she wants, but there are still a lot of people who interfere with that.
She noted that it's alright to be selfish with her life and enjoy it sometimes.

In August 2023, Britney Spears and her husband Sam Asghari made headlines as reports about their separation started to circulate online.
Later that month, the fitness enthusiast and actor filed for divorce from his wife citing irreconcilable differences.
At the time, Asghari sought spousal support and wanted the singer to pay the legal fees for the legal battle.
He later shared a statement on his social media account, confirming that both of them indeed separated after six years of "love and commitment to each other."
Although they already split, he clarified that both of them still love and respect one another and he wishes her the best always.
