Cardi B and Offset have been going through a rough patch for months, and it seems like it has finally come to a head because the "Bodak Yellow" rapper just confirmed that they have broken up.
"I've been single for a minute now," Cardi B announced during a livestream. "I have been afraid to like-not afraid I just don't know how to tell the world. But I feel like today has been a sign."
Before the rapper went on her live stream, it was reported that fellow raper, Blueface, accused Cardi B's husband, Offset, of having an affair with his ex, Chirsean Rock.
"The last time I got on Live I kind of wanted to tell you guys, but I didn't know how to tell you, so I changed my mind. But it has been like this for a minute now. I just took it as a sign."
Cardi B Breaks Up With Offset
As for the "Bongos" rapper, she feels relieved that she can start anew just in time for the new year.
"I wanna start 2024, like, fresh, open," she continued. "I don't know. I'm curious for a new life, for a new beginning. And yeah, I'm excited."
Cardi B and Offset share two kids: Kulture, 5, and Wave, 2. However, their relationship has been rocky from the start.
"Of course we went through some challenges," the rapper told E! News in November 2021. We had to get to know each other better. But I feel like I've never been happier. I really feel like [it's] not even just like marriage, it's the family, the unity, the friendship that we have, the 'I have your back, you have my back.'"

Offset Denies Cheating Allegations
Blueface out Offset on blast by writing about Rock on X (formerly known as Twitter): "Being tatted on a h*e is not a flex you literally f**king Cardi B husband [sic] couple weeks ago I'm tired of n***** looking at me while they f**king you get the rest of em gone asap please."
The Migos rapper responded: "I ain't never talk or touch that lady. Real talk man, you need some help!"
Days prior to the allegations, Cardi B and Offset unfollowed each other on Instagram; the rapper wrote in her Instagram Stories: "You know when you just outgrow relationships."
