After a whirlwind of adventures worldwide, Kanye West has finally arrived back in Los Angeles with a mission at hand - to tidy up the loose ends of his recent endeavors.

Ever since the beginning of this year, the 46-year-old controversial rapper eyed the valuable piece of land in Northridge, Los Angeles amounting to $1.5 million.

However, in a surprising turn of events, it was revealed that his ill-fated Christian school, Donda Academy, was bound to find a new home in the building behind this central church.

Despite opposition from many concerned individuals who had engaged in discussions with former Pastor Roland Nagin, he ultimately decided to acquire the space instead of leasing it.

A Disheartening Sight

In a fresh set of photographs recently acquired by The Sun, it becomes evident that the "All of the Lights" rapper has allowed the area's state to deteriorate, as the primary residence has remained unoccupied for several months.

Official property records about the identical address captured in the images reveal that he acquired two land plots at this site, registering them under his Blue Spruce Trust, with the distinctive name "Ye" being listed on the documentation.

In the front yard of the building, there was an unusual sight this week - three abandoned shopping carts, two of which had been upturned.

Large planks of wood had been used to secure all the windows, giving the impression of an abandoned and forgotten place.

Adding to the eerie atmosphere, a broken light fixture was discarded outside the entrance.

Adjacent to the gravel driveway, a photograph captures a brimming blue trash bin overflowing with discarded waste.

The presence of towering trees, unruly weeds, and parched patches of brown grass reveals the neglectful absence of a diligent gardener around the premises.

Amid the neighborhood, a disheartening sight unfolds as the land falls into disarray, dismaying its inhabitants.

A Dirty Look For the Community

Among the voices of concern, a neighbor expressed their surprise, stating, "The news of Kanye's ownership took me by surprise. However, the state of the property does not exude a positive image for our community."

Another added: "I see someone come and check the property every few weeks to make sure it's OK, but they haven't done anything to it; it's been empty for months."

In the official documents, it is evident that Pastor Nagin, who is recorded as an unmarried individual, used to dwell at the property before its acquisition by Kanye.

Soon after, Nagin transferred his service to a different church.

Kanye's prominent ventures are Occupying the address, including Yeezy LLC, Yeezy Apparel, Yeezy Footwear, Yeezy Marketing, and Yeezy Record Label.

Each of these entities has its respective official records, which bear the signature of either Kanye or his newly wedded spouse, Bianca Censori.
