Rapper Blueface finds himself in a legal battle with Jacklyn Martinez, Soulja Boy's girlfriend and the mother of his child.
Martinez has filed a defamation lawsuit against Blueface, alleging that he deliberately spread false information about their relationship and the paternity of their little one, as outlined in the court documents.

Following a tense altercation on Instagram Live between Soulja Boy and Blueface, Martinez filed a lawsuit.
During the confrontation, the "Respect My Cryppin'" rapper made accusations of having a sexual encounter with Martinez and hinted at the possibility of being the father of her child.
Regulating these false claims, Martinez seeks justice through the legal system.
Accused of tarnishing her professional reputation and portraying her as disloyal and "promiscuous," the hairstylist from Los Angeles accused Blueface of spreading false information that has hurt her career.
Martinez asserted that Blueface's statements insinuating a romantic involvement between them conveyed dishonesty and displayed inappropriate, improper, and morally wrong behavior.
According to the lawsuit seen by TMZ, Martinez claimed that the damaging remarks directly impacted her various roles, expertise, livelihoods, and public image.
Furthermore, Martinez emphasized attitude, trust, stability, and level-headedness in her work.
In light of the rapper's behavior, Martinez has recently come forward, expressing concern about her professional standing. This has caused doubt regarding her commitment to Soulja Boy and their connection.
As a consequence, Martinez has pursued compensation for unspecified damages, seeking a sum that falls within the legal boundaries of the court's jurisdiction.
Martinez is pursuing various types of compensation in her legal action against Blueface.
Along with seeking reimbursement for medical expenses, loss of earnings, and loss of earning capacity, she also requests compensation for general damages.
In addition, Martinez has asked the court to hold Blueface accountable for the costs and her attorney's fees associated with the lawsuit.
As of this update, there has been no response from Blueface regarding the lawsuit that has been filed against him.

Soulja Boy vs. Blueface
The lawsuit was initiated following a heated exchange on Instagram Live, during which Blueface directed provocative remarks towards Soulja Boy.
In his comments, Blueface claimed, "I already f----- your baby mama... I already beat you to the punch. I f----- your baby mama the day before your baby shower."
In a different portrayal of events, Blueface once again echoed his claims through various social media platforms.
Sharing his thoughts on X, formerly known as Twitter, he subtly insinuated the possibility of him being the child's biological father by stating, "There hasn't even been a DNA test conducted yet."
Refusing to let false accusations go unaddressed, Martinez, the targeted couple's spokesperson, spoke out against the Disrespectful rapper's comments.
In 2022, Martinez and DeAndre Cortez Way, known as Soulja Boy, celebrated the arrival of their firstborn, a son named KeAndre.
