Taylor Swift officially ends 2023 with a bang as "1989 (Taylor's Version)" becomes the last No. 1 album of 2023.

Along with it, Swift tied with The King of Rock and Roll, Elvis Presley in an impressive chart feat.

According to Luminate via Billboard, the album has scored its fourth nonconsecutive week at the top of the Billboard 200 albums chart. It scored 136,000 album-equivalent units, mostly powered by last-minute holiday shopping and promotions as the record was popular for gift buyers.

The said surge in purchases of vinyl and continuous streaming power among Swifties in the United States pushed Swift to the top again after bowing out to her fellow Saggitarius Queen, Nicki Minaj on the top of the charts the week before for "Pink Friday."

Swift rose from No. 2 to No. 1 this week, exchanging spots with Nicki Minaj's "Pink Friday 2."

According to Variety, Swift's ascendancy to the top puts her in the same elite circle as the King of Rock and Roll, Elvis Presley. Officially Swift has logged her 67th week at the top of the Billboard 200 charts, tying her with Presley as the solo artist with the most weeks spent on top of that chart.

The publication noted that if Taylor Swift would maintain the same spot next week, she would hold the title all by herself, making another unprecedented chart feat, starting 2024 with a bang again.

"1989 (Taylor's Version)" is Taylor Swift's biggest debut in the charts to date. It launched atop with more than 1.6 million album-equivalent units, 1.3 million of which were physical album sales.

Since its debut in October 2023, the album has not left the No. 3 spots on the Billboard 200 albums chart as it continues to be powered by streaming and occasional physical album sales.

Meanwhile, Nicki Minaj's "Pink Friday 2" dipped to No. 2 this week after enjoying her record-breaking debut last week.

With "Pink Friday 2" launching at No. 1, she officially becomes the only female rapper who has the most No. 1 albums in history, beating out Foxy Brown in the impressive feat.

Notably, all of Minaj's No. 1 albums are all "Pink Friday" iterations. The debut album, "Pink Friday," her sophomore album, "Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded" and "Pink Friday 2" all debuted at No. 1, while "The Pinkprint" and "Queen" bowed down to No. 2 only.
