Ariana Grande confirmed the arrival of her new album after dropping an exciting hint.

The buzz started on December 7 when Grande posted a carousel of photos and muted videos showing herself in a professional recording studio while editing audio files on a computer. After a long wait, she finally disclosed further details about her plans.

Ariana Grande's New Music To Finally Arrive

On Wednesday, December 27, Grande gave another update by uploading photos and videos of herself in the studio with producer Ilya Salmanzadeh.

"The two moods of the album," she wrote on the photos.

In one video, her collaborator shared on cam that it was almost the "last day" of the album. Grande responded by sharing that she was so tired but happy and grateful for the project.

She then revealed that her new album would arrive next year.

More details about the music project remain unknown. It will follow her "Positions" album she released in 2020, though she became part of other musicians' tracks like "Die For You" with The Weeknd and "Santa Can You Hear Me" with Kelly Clarkson.

She also released the 10-year anniversary edition of her debut album, "Yours Truly."

Outside the music industry, Grande has been busy as a businesswoman and actress. She has been preparing ahead of the release of her movie, "Wicked," where she met her newest beau, Ethan Slater.

"[Wicked] is going to have every piece of me, every minute, every ounce of my heart, my time, my soul, my everything that I can give it," she said in May 2022. "My hands are quite full with a lot of other 'thrillifying' work at the moment. I am spending all of my time with Glinda, I just was not ready."

Grande divorced her estranged husband, Dalton Gomez, after the pair failed to make their marriage work amid a long-distance relationship. The singer had to leave to work on her movie, while her former partner stayed in Los Angeles because of his work.

She hinted at their split when she removed photos from her Instagram page prior to the emergence of the news about their breakup.

Grande and Gomez were married for two years prior to their respective divorce filings. They tied the knot in a ceremony at her home in Montecito, Southern California, in 2021.
