Elvis Presley established a strict rule on his and Priscilla Presley's sexual relationship following the birth of Lisa Marie Presley.

Nine months after Elvis and Priscilla wed at the Aladdin Hotel on May 1, 1967, the estranged couple welcomed their only child, who passed away in January 2023. While a child should have strengthened their relationship, Lisa Marie's arrival led the King of Rock and Roll to reveal a secret about himself.

Elvis Presley Had One Rule

In Priscilla's memoir "Elvis and Me," she disclosed that the late "Can't Help Falling in Love" crooner confessed to her that he could not have sex with women who had given birth. With that, she reportedly started questioning her sexuality as a woman because her then-husband left her physical and emotional needs unfulfilled.

"It didn't come easy for Elvis to be a committed husband," Elvis' pal, Sonny West, said. "Elvis viewed her as a mother first and a wife second, and he had hang-ups about making love with her."

He also opened up about Elvis' relationship with his mother, Gladys Presley, which highly likely affected his relationships with women. Per West, the idea of having sex with a mother was "out of the question" for the musician.

Priscilla had to go through it and faced a major shift in their relationship - from having full of adventure and passionate sex life to "not enough" escapades.

So when Lisa Marie was born, Elvis started spending time with other women. Priscilla, for her part, did the same and started seeing other men, including her dance instructor and her karate teacher, Mike Stone.

Elvis and Priscilla eventually broke up. They finalized their divorce in 1973 but remained friends until his death.

Priscilla Presley Is Still Into Elvis Presley

In her interview with The Sunday Times, Priscilla admitted to thinking about Elvis all the time after his death.

She told the media outlet that she never thought she would find and love someone as much as she did to him.

"Just last week I saw a shirt and I could almost hear myself saying, 'Elvis would love that. Should I get it for him?'" she told the outlet, adding she could feel his spirit in Graceland.
