Reflecting on the one-year mark since Lisa Marie's passing, her close friend Jerry Schilling recounted her profound battle after the tragic loss of her son, Benjamin Keough, who sadly took his own life in July 2020.
"Since the loss of her son, Ben Storm [Keough], Lisa did not go out," Jerry Schilling recalled, telling People magazine.
"I didn't know she was going to survive [his death]."
In July 2020, a devastating event forever changed the world of Benjamin's mother.
"She survived that for two years because of the love and care for her three daughters."
