Ariana Grande just sold her Hollywood Hills house to Bad Bunny at a very low price after her longtime stalker managed to break in and disarm the security system.

According to reports, the "Yes and?" singer bought her mansion in Hollywood Hills in 2021 for $8.9 million but sold it to the Puerto Rican rapper in an off-market deal for just $8.3 million.

The home includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and less than 1,600 square feet of living space; it also boasts a dark-bottom swimming pool, an expansive outdoor patio, and a gorgeous view overlooking Hollywood.

There are several reasons why the "Dangerous Woman" singer wanted to sell her house: it could be because she used to live there with her ex-husband Dalton Gomez, or because her longtime stalker broke in.

Meanwhile, for Bad Bunny, the new Hollywood Hills mansion is just another property in his pocket, as he already owns a significantly larger estate in Hollywood Hills, which was acquired last year for almost $9 million.

Ariana Grande's Stalker Is Convicted

According to reports, Grande's stalker was identified as Aharon Zebulun Israel Brown; he was charged - and pleaded guilty- to stalking, residential burglary, and making criminal threats.

Brown has been stalking the "Side to Side" singer for years, and he even sent her threatening messages.

He was found by her security team wielding a knife and threatened to kill the singer. In another instance, he broke into her home disarmed the security alarms, and cut the telephone wires.

When law enforcement responded to one of the calls, he was found hiding in a crawl space by a K-9.

He reportedly broke into her home 92 times between February and September 2021.

He was sentenced to three years and eight months in prison after he was caught violating the restraining order filed against him by the singer.
