Ozzy Osbourne prevented himself from depending on Ketamine again despite his several health issues.

Osbourne went through the worst because of his drug and alcohol addiction, which lasted for years. It almost derailed his career as a musician, but he managed to get back up on his feet and strengthen his empire again.

Ozzy Osbourne Refused To Take Ketamine

Osbourne recently disclosed that his doctor told him that Ketamine would help him with his therapy after his numerous health issues. However, he reportedly did not try to take it.

"As soon as it went into my system, I said, 'F--- this,'" he said. "I got that little devil. I was like, 'No way.' It was a minute micro-dose but I knew it. I was like, 'No, that's enough for me'."

Previously, the Prince of Darkness shared his experience with taking tobacco, saying it is the "most addictive thing" he ever put in his body.

The rock icon, through his family's podcast, promoted its legalization as he called it a "gateway drug." Still, he said he would prefer people to smoke marijuana than tobacco.

His comment resonated with what he told Rolling Stone in 2016, sharing tobacco has "more poison."

"A dear friend of mine smoked that every day, he died of the worst throat cancer ever. But if it was governed by the government, they'd have deadlines: you can't mix this with that. It would make it a smoker to smoke. You wouldn't get sick. ... [But] I think tobacco is far more dangerous for you than pot," he went on.

Sharon Osbourne Took Ketamine Therapy

While Ozzy refused to try Ketamine again, his wife, Sharon, said she underwent therapy after leaving "The Talk."

She told Daily Mail how much she struggled with the fallout as she was accused of being racist, bully and homophobe.

"I went through three months of therapy," she said. "I had ketamine treatment, and I got it all out. All the tears and everything that I felt, you know. All of that, it's gone."

Ketamine is being used as an anesthetic, but people take it illegally to feel more relaxed or create hallucinations.

According to Sharon, her friend Sara Gilbert suggested the Ketamine therapy treatments to her after the controversy.
