Later in his career, 50 Cent has been regarded as a plus size man, but 2024 is a different year for the rapper as many applauded him for his impressive weight loss. However, there have been a debate on social media as some people accused him of using Ozempic to lose weight.

Taking to his official Instagram account, the musician shared images of his new body while wearing a black coat, a white shirt, beige pants, a pair of white sneakers, and a bling necklace.

"GLG GreenLightGang 2024 I'm gonna shake things up. time to work let's get it!" he wrote in the caption.

Although there were users who praised him for his hard work and determination, there were some who called him out for using Ozempic, a drug used to treat people with diabetes but is also used for weight loss.

As of this writing, 50 Cent has yet to publicly comment whether he's on the drug or not, but a source close to the rapper spoke with Page Six to reveal the truth behind his weight loss.

The insider noted that the hip-hop artist has been on a "rigorous" training program fro the past eight months.

In addition, he had been training for three hours every single day before he started his "Final Lap Tour" a few months ago.

50 Cent Abstinence

In other updates, the musician took to social media to reveal that one of his plans for 2024 is to practice abstinence.

"My new idea is so big, I don't have time to be distracted I'm practicing abstinence, I have been meditating and focusing on my goals," he wrote.

He then gave a positive message to his supporters, saying he's hoping for them to excel to the new year. 50 Cent later tagged his business ventures such as Branson Cognac and Le Chemin Du Roi.
