Music fans, particularly elderly ones, here's a public service announcement: don't trust everything your kids say about your favorite music artists. They may be deliberately killing them for their amusement, at your expense of course.

There's a new trend on TikTok called #fakecelebritydeath, which has 16 million views so far.

In this trend, kids are playing jokes on their parents by telling them that their favorite music stars and other celebrities have died, and then filming their reactions, which are actually pretty funny. Not some will be amused though, especially the artists involved. Ozzy Osbourne dead has been repeatedly used by kids to prank their parents.

Think about what Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne will feel.

Thing is, Ozzy Osbourne has been feeling his age lately and there had been numerous reports of his ill health.

Ozzy, who recently turned 74 on December 3, has been spotted out and about looking frail and walking with a cane, but when he discusses the possibility of performing full concerts again - something he hopes to do in spring/summer 2023, when he still has 19 tour dates scheduled - he glows with youthful vitality. However, he says that he is increasingly feeling his age. Ozzy lists his health problems, which date back nearly two decades. "About 2003, I had that quad bike accident, right? Someone who was very mean told the woman's mother that her favorite musician had died. After the mother, in a panic, said it was Keith Richards and then Mick Jagger, which were wrong, her daughter said it was Ozzy Osbourne, which was wrong and made everyone howl for a long time.

When another bad kid tells her parents that Rod Stewart "passed," the mother just keeps saying "bullshit" over and over while moving closer to the daughter and filming her reaction. This video shows some of the best fake celebrity deaths that were meant to be jokes.

When their child jokes that Cher has died, the parents are so shocked that they can't breathe. When a dad hears that Howard Stern is "dead," he almost falls out of his chair.

When another mom hears about Bon Jovi's "death," she has to leave a family gathering. However, the funniest reaction has to be when a mother hears that Dateline host Keith Morrison "died," and she squats down and screams at the terrible news.

At present, there are already fake death news of Barry Manilow, Reba McEntire (a popular choice who appears in several pranks), Dave Matthews, Darius Rucker, Paul McCartney, Ice Cube, and many others.
