On August 25, 2014, Chris Young was in Nashville with Marv Green, Jason Sellers and Paul Jenkins (the co-writers of "Who I Am With You") to celebrate it going to the top of the charts. After the three men got their medals, awards and various trophies, they each took the mic to thank everyone and share some of the things they've learned along the way.

For Chris Young, his number #1 piece of advice was simple (and something he learned the hard way). "Don’t try to catch a knife if you knock it off the counter, and cut great songs!" With his niece, Rebecca watching from the back of the room, he continued, "I feel so, so blessed that I got the chance to cut this one. It’s been so much fun to watch this song go up the charts. Everybody in this room right now and on this stage has helped this song in some way. It’s been a couple of years since I've actually had a number one. I’ve been really lucky to have some top fives, but it’s a really great feeling to be up here on this stage."

Though the song isn't a summer beach tune, the party featured plastic beach buckets filled with snacks and lots of fun. With writers (and friends) like Anthony Smith, Chris Wallin, Danny Myrick, Deric Ruttan, Jim Collins, J.T. Harding, Rhett Akins and Tim Nichols on hand, showing their support, the decor mattered less than the community.

Congrats to Chris on his sixth #1!
