After being arrested on Monday at a bar in Nashville for reportedly challenging alcohol enforcement, Chris Young was later exonerated of all charges.

After reportedly "striking" an officer, the 38-year-old country music star was hauled into custody and charged with disorderly conduct, assaulting an officer, and resisting arrest.

However, Nashville District Attorney Glenn Funk issued a statement on Friday, defying the officer's account of events and revealing security footage that showed Young being shoved by a police officer prior to the arrest.

Funk stated, per People, 'Regarding the Chris Young incident - After a review of all the evidence in this case, the Office of the District Attorney has determined that these charges will be dismissed.'

The singer's attorney, Bill Ramsey, also released a statement, expressing, 'Mr. Young and I are gratified with the DA's decision clearing him of the charges and any wrong-doing.'

The video truly saved him.

In the opening scene of the video, Young is seen standing near the bar, dressed in jeans, a black leather jacket, and a cap, as the four agents march past him and out the door.

The first agent was pushed so aggressively that he fell backwards by the Nashville Star 2006 winner, who then extended his arm to pretend to block his passage without touching him.

The "Gettin' You Home" singer was contacted by several people who were at the pub to inquire about him after witnessing the dramatic fall. Young was seen falling to the ground from another camera viewpoint that showed him landing on his back on the bar's edge. He fell, taking a bar stool with him.

With a swift motion, Young got up and retreated from the agents, raising his hands in a sign of submission. In an apparent attempt to maintain peace, one of the officers moved to stand between Young and the other agents.

Shortly after, the singer of Famous Friends was taken into custody, which his lawyer claimed never should have happened. The singer was approached by agents from the Alcoholic Beverage Commission at Tin Roof, a pub located on Demonbreun Street in Midtown Nashville, while they were conducting a compliance check at around 8:30 p.m. This is when the events leading up to the arrest began.

Young, who is well-known for a string of No. 1 hits and for winning the reality show Nashville Star, reportedly followed the agents and questioned them before filming them with his camera after verifying his identity. When the altercation started, Young and his gang had followed the officers to the next pub, DawgHouse, where they were continuing their identity checks.

Then, the affidavit claims, the actor stuck out his hand and allegedly "striked" one of the cops in an attempt to stop them from leaving. Young was reportedly handcuffed when he started to back away from the cops and refused to obey. According to the affidavit, the country singer's eyes were wet and bloodshot, and he was slurring his words.

The report stated that the environment at the bar became "hostile" due to Young's unruly behavior.
