Gwen Stefani has openly discussed her regrets and admitted to making mistakes in a new interview.

The lead vocalist of No Doubt made these revelations when rumors were swirling about her uncertainties regarding her marriage with country star Blake Shelton.

Making a special appearance, the "Hollaback Girl" singer visited the Los Angeles radio station KROQ for an "Audacy Check-In" segment.

Gwen's appearance on the show aimed to discuss her latest collaboration with her husband, "Purple Irises."

The 54-year-old singer also opened up about the excitement surrounding her upcoming reunion with her former bandmates, No Doubt, at the highly anticipated Coachella festival.

Gwen then explained that revisiting some of her earlier music can be challenging, as the lyrics still resonate deeply with her experiences.

Gwen Stefani's Regrets and Mistakes Revealed

Per the New York Post, the "Don't Speak" singer, "I can't listen to a lot of the songs because they speak so clearly to me."

"And it's like, you know, you have regrets and mistakes you've made. And most of the songs are about that."

In her reflections, Gwen Stefani also shared how certain songs resonate on a deeply personal level, evoking feelings of regret so intense that they physically impact her well-being.

"If I do 'Ex-Girlfriend,' even when I say it, I almost throw up in my mouth. Just knowing exactly where I was in that moment to write that song and what I know now? It's just like, 'Oh, my God.' It just brings you right back."

The mom-of-three has been fully immersed in her professional endeavors, dedicating her time and energy to advancing her career.
