In an effort to prioritize his well-being and physical fitness, the 30-year-old singer is engaging in personalized workout sessions inspired by boxing champion Anthony Joshua's training methods.
The Grammy winner reportedly engages in outdoor runs in his leisure time, but lately, he has developed a strong liking for boxing sessions. He is said to be determined to sculpt his chiseled abs further, mentioning that he has been intensifying his efforts in the boxing classes.
According to a report by The Sun, "Harry's really got into boxing recently and become a regular at a tough boxing gym in central London."
The source said, "He has one-to-one sessions with the trainers there and has been pushing himself on the bags."
"The training he does has all been inspired by athletes you've seen in the ring, like Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua. There's no messing around."
Harry Styles also indulges in well-deserved partying during his dedication to work, as evidenced by his late-night escapades that lasted until 4 am alongside his good friend James Corden and a group of England footballers.

Reports indicate that a female individual facing allegations of stalking Harry Styles reportedly inundated the musician with a staggering 8,000 cards within a month's time frame.
BBC News reported that Myra Carvalho, 35, was said to have sent personalized letters and purchased multiple cards online the British singer-actor which were later delivered to his residence.
According to the prosecution's statement, Carvalho allegedly sent Harry wedding-themed cards. They contended that two of these letters were personally delivered to the residence of the former One Direction star.
Carvalho, a native of Brazil, found temporary refuge at a bustling backpacker's lodge upon her recent arrival in the UK in December 2023. Her family reportedly remained oblivious to her whereabouts just before her arrest.
Carvalho chose not to plead and was detained pending a court hearing scheduled for April 19.
