This all comes on the heels of an eventful September. The Edge of the Earth: Unreleased Songs from the Film 'Fading West;, a 7-track EP, hit the digital market on September 9 and their latest single from Fading West , "Let It Out" went to radio on September 12. Netflix picked up Fading West (the movie) as did the rest of the leading US Video On Demand platforms. Fans can now watch it on iTunes, Amazon Instant Video, Cable Movies on Demand, Google Play, Xbox Video, Sony PlayStation, CinemaNow, and VUDU with digital entertainment curator, FilmBuff. (It can also be purchased for $9.99 on Switchfoot's Fading West site.)
Running throughout both stellar months (plus adding in November) is the Fading West Tour. While there is a serious lack of any east coast dates, Switchfoot will be all over mid-America and the west coast through November 17.
