Although Mila J's M.I.L.A. EP has been delayed, she is throwing in a little extra to make the release worth the wait. The Los Angeles-based singer just released the trailer for M.I.L.A., now a visual album. According to the 30-second clip, the EP will feature five songs accompanied by a video. The trailer includes clips from her recently released Coyote Ugly-inspired "My Main" video and the four others.

The EP is set to drop Oct. 14, two weeks out from the original Sept. 30 release date.

Mila's latest project features the single "Smoke, Drink, Break-Up" and a song called "Times Like These."

"It's another love song, relationship-based song, but it's really about me being there for my dude and going through the hard times," she said of the latter.

Back in July, the singer revealed that the tone for her forthcoming release is relationship-based, similar to its first single, and will feature guest spots by Problem and B.O.B.

The singer announced her signing with Motown earlier this summer.

"I just took that time to regroup, reflect and kind of refresh and figure out who I was as a solo artist," Mila said. "Just the history of Motown, honestly, their roster ... they are R&B," Mila said of her decision to sign with the label. "I mean, like, The Jackson 5, Diana Ross, The Supremes, Marvin Gaye. I just feel like they're iconic, especially for R&B, and just the whole team there. Everyone believed in the project and it was just a certain vibe."
