The Rhinestone Cowboy Glen Campbell is hanging up his boots and retiring from music, but he's leaving fans a final farewell tune with "I'm Not Gonna Miss You."

The song, seemingly a love letter to wife Kim Woolen, is a devastatingly beautiful track that sums up Campbell's illustrious five-decade career, Consequence of Sound notes. "I'm still here, but yet I'm gone," Campbell, who was diagnosed with Alzheimer's in 2011, sings. "I don't play guitar or sing my songs/They never defined who I am/The man that loves you 'til the end." The video for the song is littered with photos and clips from Campbell's career, making the song even more sorrowful (check it out below).

Campbell released his 63rd studio album See You There last year. "I'm Not Gonna Miss You" will be included on a special EP for the upcoming documentary Glen Campbell: I'll Be Me, out Oct. 24. The doc revolves around Campbell's final tour in addition to his fight with Alzheimer's.
