Though there's no release date yet for LL Cool J's upcoming album G.O.A.T. 2, the legendary Queens rapper has shared one of the album's tracks "Break Your Face," which you can check out below. As the title implies, the 808 Mafia-produced track offers a pretty heavy beat and some intense flow from LL, who makes references to Malcolm X, Al Qaeda, and his notorious Brad Paisley collaboration "Accidental Racist."

G.O.A.T. 2 will be LL Cool J's 14th studio album overall, his first since 2013's Authentic. In an interview with XXL, the 46-year-old rapper discussed the concept behind his new album. "The concept behind the album was to give upcoming artists an opportunity to shine," he said, "and put myself in the position where I have to spit bars with some of the hardest rhymers in the game."

"It's people I really respect lyrically; people I think are amazing on the mic," he goes on to say when discussing the album's featured rappers. "Loaded Lux is on the album along with Murder Mook, Raekwon, Uncle Murda, Maino, Mavado, and J. Cole. It's a lot of different people that I think got bars. I also have some big dogs on the album like T.I. I have Fred The Godson on the album."

LL also discusses the album's aggressive nature, which should be plainly obvious if you just listened to "Break Your Face." "The album is more culturally clear and defined. It's for the street," he says, "85 percent of the album is for people who like hard hip-hop. It's not one of my love albums. It's not a softer album. It's an album for the gutter."
