The trailer includes five minutes of shots from previous years, capturing the greatest moments from last year. It builds the anticipation for the festival as it attempts to lure viewer to its sunny, warm shores. Situated right off the very bottom of Texas, South Padre Island has great weather in March. Expect to see lots of attractive women, people riding boats and plenty of people having a great time with big production.

Past performers have included Tiësto, Zedd, Zeds Dead, Dyro, Boys Noize, Bassnectar, Carnage, Paper Diamond and others. The festival will bring in good acts over the three days that is takes place.

Taking place on March 19–21, the festival has become a popular spring break destination and caters to the college crowd who stay all week leading up to the festival. Presented by the SFX-owned Disco Donnie Presents and Global Groove Events, UME has been a way for the dance community to get warmed up before Miami Music Week with Ultra Music Festival being the next weekend. It is also right around the time of SXSW, so it adds the buzz around music in Texas.

According to the press release, early bird tickets go on sale Saturday at 10 a.m. CST. You can grab them on the UME website here. There will also be a pre-party on Wednesday, March 18 from 8 p.m.–2 a.m. for concertgoers who don't think a three-day festival is enough, or if they're staying there for the whole week. The festival hours are from 6 p.m.–2 a.m. daily.
