Hard rock fans can stream AC/DC's new album Rock or Bust in its entirety a week ahead of its release over at iTunes, Consequence of Sound notes. The band's 15th international release will be available Dec. 2. The group put out two singles, "Play Ball" and the title track, dropping a video for the latter just yesterday, Nov. 24. Rock or Bust will be the first AC/DC effort not to feature rhythm guitarist Malcolm Young, who retired from the band due to dementia.

The new album will be the band's follow-up to 2008's Black Ice. Produced by Brendan O'Brian, who also sat behind the controls for Rock or Bust, the album marked somewhat of a comeback for the band. They struck an exclusive deal with Wal-Mart for distribution of the album, but there has not been any word on whether that will be the case with their new album. Black Ice was not immediately available for download, either.

AC/DC plans to head out on a world tour after the release of Rock or Bust. Music Times will keep you posted on that.

Phil Rudd's return to the band looks like it will be decided Nov. 27 when he heads to court in New Zealand for charges of threatening to kill and drug possession. He also faced a murder-for-hire charge initially, but that was dropped due to lack of evidence.

If convicted of threatening to kill, Rudd faces a maximum prison sentence of seven years. The drummer was not featured in either of the two music videos from Rock or Bust. Bob Richards was behind the kit instead.
