Have you figured out what you're going as for Halloween? Neither have we at Music Times. However, Christmas albums and shenanigans are starting to hit the shelves and the airwaves already. One of the biggest events of the Christmas season, New York City radio station Z100's Jingle Ball, just announced its lineup on Monday and yes, it may need the two extra months to prepare.

There hasn't been an official schedule of events announced yet, but it's easy to guess what acts will be the headliners at an event filled with headliners. The most noticeable names: Crooner Robin Thicke and pop star Miley Cyrus, placed less-than-coincidentally next to each other on the list of acts. In case you live in a hole: the pop culture event of the year was at the VMA's when Cyrus grinded (ground?) all over Thicke as he sang the biggest song of the year ("Blurred Lines"), as she did various inappropriate things with a foam "no. 1" finger.

Still, Macklemore and Ryan Lewis could contend for the biggest act at the event, with their "Thrift Shop" being among the best-selling singles for more than a year now, along with a slew of additional tracks dominating MTV.

Other acts serving as "openers": Jason DeRulo, Fall Out Boy, Fifth Harmony,  Selena Gomez, Ariana Grande, Enrique Iglesias, Austin Mahone and Pitbull.

Mahone made an appearance at the announcement, much to the delight of the many screaming girls in attendance. As music writer Tris McCall wrote about last year's event: "Top 40 radio is our collective responsibility - whatever we decide we like is going to end up there, so we'd better choose our likes carefully," she said. "Nobody treats that responsibility with more care than teenage pop fans."

The concert will take place December 9 at Madison Square Garden. VIP tickets go on sale October 15, and tickets for the general public go on sale on October 19.
