Keyshia Cole may have escaped prosecution for the attack at Birdman's condo back in September but a Los Angeles judge wasn't so generous when it came to a 2004 arrest warrant. Cole appeared in court for the old case this week.

TMZ reports the Point of No Return singer was reprimanded after failing to show proof that she underwent alcohol-ed training after a 2002 DUI conviction. She shared the news of her possible jail time to a fan on Twitter.

Although Cole's impending sentence is not officially set in stone, she did note that the judge was serious about the possibility of her serving time.

"That's what the judge said. What he said he meant," she tweeted.

According to Vibe, the judge has given Cole a chance to produce paperwork from her alcohol-ed classes before her next hearing in February, to avoid jail time.

In October, Cole escaped prosecution for an early morning attack on a woman, later identified as Sabrina Mercadel, at Birdman's condo. A source in the City Attorney Office confirmed that the singer will sit in on an informal office hearing as opposed to being prosecuted.

Mercadel, a Cash Money employee, was granted a restraining order against Cole, who allegedly punched her in the face and threw objects at her during the incident. She was taken to the ER and given pain meds while Cole was arrested. The "I Should've Cheated" singer was later released on $46,000 bail.
