2014 has been quite an incredible year for Annie Clark, a.k.a. St. Vincent, and today (Dec. 16), she caps off the year with a great music video for her single "Birth in Reverse," which you can check out below. As can be expected from a St. Vincent music video, the whole thing is pretty bizarre, with images of Clark singing and dancing (or something close to dancing) in sterile, dream-like sets, though the highlights of the video are the shots of Clark playing guitar in outer space.

"Birth in Reverse" is the second music video to be shared from St. Vincent's latest album St. Vincent, following "Digital Witness" back in January. St. Vincent was released in February and is St. Vincent's fourth studio album overall, her first since 2011's Strange Mercy. It was recently named album of the year by NME and The Guardian, and was nominated for Best Alternative Music Album at the 2015 Grammy Awards.
In addition to sharing this new music video, Annie Clark also appeared on the most recent episode of Marc Maron's WTF podcast. She revealed that she has been writing songs with Sleater-Kinney guitarist (and Portlandia star) Carrie Brownstein, though there are no plans to release these songs.
