Belle & Sebastian's upcoming studio album, Girls in Peacetime Want to Dance, is set for release next week and in support of the album, the band has extended their world tour with a new string of North American tour dates for the spring. According to Entertainment Weekly, the first North American leg of the tour kicks off on March 30 in Boston and finishes up in on April 18 with the band's second appearance at Coachella 2015, while the second leg kicks off on June 9 in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania and finishes up on June 18 in Kansas City. Singer-songwriter Perfume Genius will be opening for six dates, while New Jersey indie rock band Real Estate will be opening on two dates.
